Robinson wants to draw more people to become a member of The 1 Card and make them feel that signing up the card is easy and has many benefits as membership also increase the follower on Line official.

Idea
Create mobile game “Matching Photo Game”. Before playing the game the customer has to sign up The 1 Card. Member will get the prize as The 1 Card points and discount coupons automatically.

O2O Concept
After the launch of the games which was successful. Further to offline activity by adapting game with meeting activity of their employees and executives all over in Thailand to give a prize and being one of the activity to delight the players.

Result
– Within 1 month the customers increasingly signed up The1Card 50%
– which causing to create version 2 and version 3.
Follower increased 50% within 1 month.
